Our shipping fee within Turkey is free of charge for purchases over 250 TL. We have FREE SHIPPING service for your purchases of 250 TL and above anywhere in Turkey by credit card and money order. Our shipping fee is 9.95 TL as standard for orders under 250 TL. Our contracted cargo company is Aras Kargo.

Which shipping company will ship my orders?

We send your orders with the assurance of DHL Express abroad and ARAS KARGO domestically.

Will I pay shipping fee for my orders?

It depends on the quantity and price of the product you purchase. You can see the shipping fee on the payment page before making payment. Your orders of 250 TL and above are sent with free shipping on our site.

What should I do if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail about the date when the product will first come into stock.
